Mandy,
As you must know, diabetics need to be careful of their juice intake
since they contain natural sugars. If you are looking for recipes that
use them instead of artificial sweetners, here are a couple of
suggestions.
1) "Natural" foods cookbooks use them a lot, as do cook books for
healthier children.
2) Another book, even when you're not pregnant is, "What to eat when
you're expecting." It is full of using juice concentrates.
