Well said! Supplements are just that - supplements. Once a person's

dietary intake has been assessed, then, and only then, can it be

determined if a vitamin, mineral, etc. is needed. The one big problem

with this supplement craze is that the cart is being put before the

horse. In other words, take supplements, and the diet - oh well, who

cares? Popping a pill is easy. No one is going to find health in a

bottle.
