The more we abstain from eating different foods which we have been taught is

bad for us, the more malnourished we become. If you react to something then

keep away from it. If you can handle it use it. I prefer the real food

rather than a counterfeit version of it (butter vs margarine), or whole food

rather than a cut down version of it. We are creating malnourished

individuals in the name of fear.

It is what I see with my clients. There is a lot of things we will never

find written in books. For example, I will find more individuals reacting

to lower fat milk than whole milk.
