How quaint. My observation is that the more people rant about their

qualifications the less qualified they are .....and to me nothing demostrates

a lack of ability less that glibly talking about things like a low fat

/ hi carbo diet or maybe the converse. All these broad brush strokes are

fun and easy to talk about. However, what makes health is all the vital

nutrients: Minerals / Vitamins / things like Folic acid. For anyone to give

advice as to diet without considering how all the vital nutrients will be

ingested in sufficient amounts from the foods that make up what exotic

combination of fat / carbohydrate / protein is being sold this period is

simply malfeasance. Further, a diet that is rich in protein WITHOUT enough

Calcium to excrete the Phosphorous is again simple malfeasance .....and yet

I constantly see pictures of meals with slices of meat absolutely free of

fat AND ALSO CALCIUM in menus prepared by dieticians with all these wondrous

qualifications and licenses
