My personal experience, for whatever it is worth, is that it works - in

the following way:-

The intake of high protein, eg. steak, becomes difficult. There comes a

time when not one more bite can be chewed, at the start of a meal at a

regular time. This then becomes a did not eat and got thin situation.

This was equivalent to starvation diet to me. Then I relented. Started a

regular meal, found I could not eat the 'protein' then started on some

rice noodles - ordinary carbohydrate, uncomplicated variety, basis is

rice. Effect, had the helping of rice noodles with the trimmings, and

finished the meat too. Conclusion, to get out of the no more eating

possible feeling of too much protein, take a bit of carbohydrate, and boy

does your appetite come back to make up for the denial. One way to stop

eating is to go all protein, so it seems. Pretty drastic on the pocket to

go protein and not eat it. Hope this helps.
