If you are a heart attack survivor, I'd recommend

a) high doses of C

b) a tablespoon or two a day of granular lecithin

c) +/- 800 IU of Vitamin E

d) a big tomato salad every day for the next couple of months...

this for the LYCOPENE, one of the most powerful antioxydants,

in tomatoes

e) regular aerobic exercise... start very gently, perhaps 20 minutes

of a gentle walk six time a week for a month... 30 minutes the

next month, gradually increasing the pace... work up to an hour

of brisk walking at least five times a week and you can say good

buy to the fear of another heart attack.

If you did not get to see my posting on Vitamin C a couple of weeks

ago, tell me. Ask the list owner for it. If you can't get it from him, ask

me. You might send an e-mail query to Alan McQuinn, knowledgeable

pharmacist, asking him for more info on Vitamin C as a preventor of heart

attacks. His address: acumark@isisnet.com.

Ciao,
