Linda,

You will find that chromium does in fact lower blood sugar. It has nothing

to do with being colloidal or not. Chromium tablets work just as well. My

wife is a medical doctor who does nutritional research for the University

of Miami Medical School. She says colloidal minerals work but are just a

gimmick. You can buy supplement tablets which work just as well for a

fraction of the cost. She is also a strong believer in Centrum vitamins.
