watch your weight! it sounds like your family is prone to type 2 diabetes or

adult onset. this is mostly brought on later in life by excess weight.

generally speaking, if you eat a balanced diet (three meals a day with some

snacks) this should keep your blood sugar stable. but definately watch your

weight, or lose weight if your obese or overweight, to lower your risk of

getting type 2 diabetes later in life.
